How to Cancel Your Adobe Subscription
Subscriptions can be a wonderful thing, but sometimes, for one reason or another, we need to cancel. Thankfully Adobe gives you a quick online option to cancel and I’ll show you the steps below.
Note: The screenshots from this tutorial are taken from a Google Chrome browser.
Step 1: Open your browser of choice and type in https://account.adobe.com/plans. This will bring up the Adobe sign-in page.
Step 2: Enter your username and hit continue. (If you haven’t logged in recently, you will likely be asked to receive a code to ensure you are the user.) Then continue to input your password and click Continue.
Step 3: Once you are logged in, the account page will come up. You want to click the Manage Plan button.
Step 4: Your Manage Plan dialog box will come up. Adobe offers you options to Find a Better Plan, options to Upgrade Your Plan, or the last option to Cancel your plan. We want to click the Cancel your plan button.
Step 5: Adobe shows how many days you have left on your plan, shares what you will be losing access to if canceling your plan, and gives you three buttons to choose whether you want to: Continue to cancel, Change your plan, or Keep your plan. We want to choose Continue to cancel.
Step 6: Adobe continues to give you options that may fit your budget better, then lower goes over what to expect if you do cancel.
Once you have read through all the terms, click Confirm cancellation.
Step 7: Watch for a confirmation email from Adobe and you can always check back on your Adobe account to make sure it has gone through.
And that’s it.
